A peppermint cream pie with a chocolate cookie crust
If Santa had a favorite pie, this would be it. A white chocolate peppermint custard layered with a peppermint whip cream. The dark chocolate cookie crust gives it a snap underneath, like presents under a Christmas tree.
This pie should stay refrigerated and should not be heated. The peppermints are made with an all natural dye made from beets so after a day or two the color begins to bleed. It'll still taste great but begin to change in appearance.
