Nothing stacks up to this pancake-inspired pie! Our classic buttermilk pie is layered with rich, house-made salted maple caramel. It tastes like the perfect pancake!
We prefer this pie at room temperature, but if you would like to heat it, do so in the oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes for a slice and for 15 minutes (covered) for a whole pie. Please note that with the Hot Cake, heating can cause the pie to dry out a bit. Keep sealed until ready to serve. Store in a cool, dry place. (refrigeration not recommended) For prolonged life, pie can be stored frozen for up to 3 weeks. We recommend wrapping tightly in plastic wrap to preserve freshness.
