Can I walk in and get a whole pie of whatever I want, whenever I want?

We are a small bakery and make as many pies as we can, however we may occasionally sell out. There is not guaranteed availability on any pie and all pies are sold on a first come first served basis. We always encourage pre-orders for whole pie. Pre-orders must be made 24 hours in advance. All others will be offered on a first come first served basis.

How early will I need to place an order on the internet to get a pie?

Internet pre-orders are taken 24 hours in advance at the latest. If it is within 24 hours of your preferred pick-up time, please feel free to call and see if we have a pie available that day.

Can I pre-order a pie on the same day I would like to pick it up?

Pies cannot be reserved for same day pick up, but we often have whole pies available first come first served.

Can I walk in to get a pie for the holidays?

Yes, a limited number of whole pies will be available for pick up during the holiday season on a first come first served basis. Holiday hours may vary from regular business hours so be sure to check our website for more details.

I placed a pre-order for pie and I no longer want the pie, can I cancel?

Pre-ordered pies are made to order. Therefore, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a regular pre-order for a refund. Pre-orders for holiday pies must be paid for in advance and are not refundable. Refunds are not offered for pre-ordered pies that are not picked up or picked up after the scheduled pick-up date. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call the store you placed the order with.

I ordered a pie for pick up and I found a pie I would like better, can I trade it out?

Pre-ordered pies are made to order. Therefore, a pre-ordered pie can only be traded out when given 24 hours advance notice. Pre-ordered pies cannot be traded out for another type of pie at pick up.

I ordered a pie and I don't want to pick up that day, can I change the pick up date?

Pre-ordered pies are made to order. Therefore, pick up dates for pre-ordered pies can only be changed when given 24 hours advance notice. Changes to pick up dates for pre-ordered holiday pies are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with shipping?

What is the cutoff time for a next day order?

You must place your order by 6pm to pick it up next day.

How soon can I get a pie delivered?

Local delivery can only be placed with 24 advanced notice. Cutoff time for orders is 6pm CST 1 day before the delivery date.

Where do you deliver pies to?

We deliver pies all over the metroplex. Check out our order page to see if your address is in our delivery radius. If you are outside of that radius, please contact us for delivery availability and rates.

What time of day will my pie be delivered?

Our delivery window is between 8am and 6pm CST. We cannot guarantee a delivery window outside of that time period. If you need a pie early in the morning, we suggest ordering delivery the day before.

You or the recipient will receive a text message when we are on the way. Additional delivery fees will be charged if the pie must be redelivered. We do not offer refunds if the pie cannot be delivered.

Can I send someone pie as a gift?

If the pie is a gift, please provide the contact phone number of the recipient for an expeditious delivery. We also recommend using their email address so we can notify them of the delivery and be sure they are available to accept the pie.

Can I get my pie delivered to a restaurant where I am eating dinner/having a party?

We do not deliver to restaurants unless we receive written permission from that restaurant to do so. If you are hosting a party at a restaurant and would like us to cater dessert, please email info@emporiumpies.com so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What if I will not be available to receive my pie?

If we are not able to deliver your pie, we will return it to our main kitchen, if you would like to pick up your pie at one of our shops within 24 hours, you may contact us so we can make arrangements for you to do so. We can also do a re-delivery, but there will be an additional delivery fee. Otherwise, you will forfeit your pie.

Are there minimums for local delivery?

Our minimum order for in house delivery is 1 whole pie or slice of pie. Due to increase in demand, our delivery minimum can be adjusted during peak seasons.

Talk to me about refunds.

We do not offer refunds for pies delivered to the wrong address (if the address was as provided by the sender), if the recipient is out of town or unavailable, or not following care instructions.

Can I cancel my delivery?

If you would like to cancel a delivery, you must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Can I make a change to my delivery order?

If you would like to make a change to an order, you must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Can I have a pie delivered and then sell it by the slice at my new pie stand on Ross Ave?
