The Drunken Nut

A shortbread crust cradles a sweet sauce of butter, bourbon, brown sugar, and Texas pecans. You will not find any corn syrup here. Our bakers favor this pie above all the rest, so we consider it our most perfect pie to date. You will never try another pecan pie quite like this one.

Lord of the Pies

A whopping ten apples are peeled, chopped, and soft-baked into our house-made caramel. Topped with a crispy cinnamon streusel, the buttery, flaky crust rises lord-like above the rest. This delicious tower of tastiness is the tallest pie you have ever met.

We love, love, love the Doctor Love. A red velvet chess pie with the texture of a moist, gooey brownie and the flavor of red velvet cream cheese, this sumptuous pie will make you (and your lover) cry out yes! Rest assured the Dr. Love is a keeper.

Cloud Nine

A heavenly trifecta of house-made caramel, rich and creamy butterscotch custard, and brown-sugar meringue toasted like a marshmallow. This decadent pie is a customer favorite that brings smiles when it arrives each spring, and many tears when it's gone again. With a glass of milk, the flavors are truly divine.

Blue Steel

Our blueberry pie is as Texan as the vast blue skies. A classic golden pie crust brimming with fresh blueberries, with just enough sugar to make you smile. A hint of vanilla and lemon gives the classic a bit of a twist, the whole thing latticed with more crust. If you don't have it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, you are missing out.

Bonnie & Pied

Oak Cliff Coffee + 5 Mile chocolate custard with a handmade toffee sauce nestled in a graham cracker crust. A pie this good it should be outlaw'd.

Brownie Points

BRAND NEW Brownie Points pie is a chocolate brownie pie layered with peanut butter caramel topped with sea salt in an all butter flakey chocolate crust. The name says it all—this pie is a ticket to sweet rewards, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness that's guaranteed to earn you accolades.

Carrot cake chess pie is layered with cream cheese and topped with a pecan streusel. It might be described as the love child of a cream cheese, carrot cake muffin, and a pie.

Buttercream Gang

A delicious sugar cookie pie in a buttery flaky crust. Like all simple things, therein lies its genius. Smooth, sweet, and difficult to stop eating. This sugar cookie in a pie goes excellent with hot coffee.

Our version of the classic fruit pie that grandma left cooling on her windowsill. The flaky lattices and all butter crust, filled with tart cherries and brown sugar, and just a touch of salt. This is one of our most popular fruit pies. She's a looker too.

Chickin Lickin

Our classic Chicken Pot Pie stuffed with carrots, onion, peas, herbs, chicken and gravy. Savor this special pie whenever you can because it only makes an appearance twice a year!

Heating Instructions:

Whole Pie: Preheat oven to 350. Place pie on sheet pan and place in oven for 25 - 35min or until heated all the way through.

By the slice: Preheat oven to 400. Place slice on sheet pan and heat for 8 - 10 min or until heated all the way through.

Dapper Apple

We’re tipping our hats to Lord of the Pies‘ sleeker, slimmer cousin. It features everything you love about our fan favorite, Lord of the Pies - Thinly sliced granny smith apples that are cooked down in our house made caramel sauce, all topped with a crispy cinnamon streusel and sitting in flakey buttery crust.

Par Baking A Crust:

  1. Preheat ove to 375
  2. Place the dough into the pan, centered
  3. Crimp the outer rim of the dough
  4. Dock the dough to prevent bubbles
  5. Place a piece of parchment paper and pie weights in the dough
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
  7. Remove the weights
  8. Bake again for 10 minutes at 375
  9. Fill with delicious pie filling

Baking Pie in the Crust:

  1. Place the dough into the pan, centered
  2. Crimp the outer rim of the dough
  3. Dock the dough to prevent bubbles
  4. Fill the dough with your pie filling and bake according to the pie recipe
Drop Dead Gourdgeous

A gingerbread crust like a delicious cookie and a pumpkin custard filled with cinnamon cloves, this pie will catch your eye (and your nose)! The secret blend of spices added to the smooth sumptuous center makes this holiday favorite "to die for."

Father Christmas

If Santa had a favorite pie, this would be it. A white chocolate peppermint custard layered with peppermint whip cream. The dark chocolate cookie crust gives it a snap underneath, like presents under a Christmas tree.

Meet the Merry Berry. It is not quite pie, not quite muffin, not quite cobbler... but it IS quite delicious. The layers of sugar-cookie-muffin batter are mixed with tart cranberries and sugary pecans. It's like a chess pie and a cranberry muffin had a baby.

A rich brownie filling on a graham crumbles crust with marshmallow meringue fluff and sprinkles on top.
